SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Prism Trading is pleased to offer free shipping on all physical products within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping at no additional cost to our customers.

Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to USPS processing or unforeseen delays.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Prism Trading, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. Please review the conditions and instructions below to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • In unused, original condition with all original packaging.

Return Process: All returns must be approved prior to sending your item back. To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@prismtrading.org. Once approved, returns should be sent to the following address:

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee covers handling and inspection upon return.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
