At Prism Trading, customer satisfaction is central to our mission. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. As such, we offer a 14-day window for requesting a refund on eligible products. To be eligible for a refund, requests must be initiated within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

When reaching out, kindly include your full name, order number, purchase date, and, if you choose, a brief explanation of why you are seeking a refund. Our customer support team will review your request promptly and will respond within two business days to confirm the next steps in the process.
Upon approval of a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. We strive to process refunds within 7–10 business days; however, please be aware that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
